Terms of Service
Effective September 18, 2026
1. Two separate payment flows
Producer access: a producer pays a recurring Tunog subscription through Polar. Philippine and international prices may differ. Polar is the merchant of record for this subscription.
Beat sales: buyers pay producers directly using the producer’s instructions. Tunog never receives, holds, escrows, routes, releases, or guarantees beat-sale funds and charges no sale commission.
Payment for a beat is made directly to the producer. Tunog provides record-keeping and dispute mediation only.
2. Accounts and producer access
Users must provide accurate information and protect their account. Individuals and businesses may opt into producer access. Paid access follows the billing period shown at checkout. A three-day grace period may follow failed renewal; afterward public listings are hidden, not deleted. Subscriptions can be managed through Polar’s customer portal.
3. Orders
An order snapshots price and license terms. Buyers must use its reference and submit genuine proof. Only the producer may confirm receipt. Tunog never auto-confirms. Fraud, infringement, and control evasion may lead to restriction.
4. Licenses and content
Producers warrant they control uploaded music and may license it. Buyers receive only the license displayed on the paid order. Producers remain responsible for content, taxes, direct payments, and representations.
5. Disputes and refunds
Tunog may preserve records and mediate but cannot reverse money it never received. See the Refund Policy.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent Philippine law permits, Tunog is not liable for indirect losses or a party’s failure to complete a direct transaction. Non-waivable consumer rights remain.
7. Privacy, changes, and law
The Privacy Policy applies. Philippine law governs. Contact billing@tunog.net.
