Tunog operates tunog.net and controls platform records. Send privacy requests to billing@tunog.net.

Clerk identifiers and email, profiles, payout details, beat metadata, subscriptions, order records, wallet references, private payment-proof screenshots, timelines, download timestamps, IP-derived security information, support messages, and usage data.

We process data to perform contracts, operate subscriptions and direct-payment records, prevent fraud, deliver licensed files, mediate disputes, comply with law, and protect the service. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the legal basis.

Polar processes producer subscriptions. Tunog does not collect buyer payment credentials or process beat-sale funds. Proof screenshots may expose names, account fragments, balances, notifications, or transaction details. Upload only what is necessary.

Providers include Clerk, Convex, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, Polar, and Zoho, plus advisers and authorities where legally required. Cross-border processing uses appropriate safeguards.

Payment proofs and dispute records are kept for two years after closure, then securely deleted or anonymized unless a claim or law requires longer. Subscription/accounting records are kept ten years, security logs one year, and eligible inactive profile data is removed within 90 days after a valid request.

Master files and proofs use private storage and time-limited signed URLs. Access is role checked and events are logged. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Under Republic Act No. 10173, you may request information, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking where applicable, portability, and complaint review before the National Privacy Commission.
